sprint just exchange all moguls for touch pros already... tp2 comin out... mogul sucks !!!!!

Sprint is replacing the mogul with the HTC Snap, if you want a TP1 you will have to escalate it to a higher power in sprint. TP2 it wont happen.

You should be able to argue that one since the snap is not touchscreen, so it is not a equivalent replacement

Right now I'm at the top of the chain (Sprint Executive & Regulatory Services) trying to argue the same thing... According to them HTC told sprint that the HTC Snap was an equivalent...

How can I found out for sure....I took in my mogul to be checked out today since the Letter 'P' on my keyboard was not responding well....1hr later the repair center returned my phone and its worse...they jacked up my phone...now I have multiple keys not working and I have some bright spots on the screen. I went back to the repair center and they told me they couldn't to anything further and will be ordering a replacement....when I asked about the replacement being a Mogul the rep said yes...I would be contacted on Tuesday....some how I dont believe him...since I read the postings regarding them being discontinued...I wonder if I can call or chat with a rep to find out for sure.

Sprint warehouse has thousands of refurb's moguls.. If you want a TP *NICELY* tell the store rep you would like to talk to the store manager and explain the manager that you had many exchanges and you would like to try a different phone.

At this point the store manager will check what options he has available for you...

My friend just filed a claim with sprint rep on the phone about his mogul acting up

and there still sending him a replacement mogul.

I guess the mogul to touch pro era is finally over.

Still getting refurb'd moguls from sprint stores. I think its been 6-7 refurbs now.

Bought the TP2 for 299.99 + taxes = 327.84 from sprint store. Waiting for the $100 mail-in rebate
