Treo pro is a good option. BB aren't very customizable.

I'm in the same boat as alot of people. I'm on my 6th Mogul and the refurbs that I've been getting are progressively worse than the phone before. The repair center in my area used to tell me what phone I was getting but sprint changed something so they have no idea. We'll see on thursday. I just want a working phone period.

I had a button stop functioning. Took it to a store and they could not fix it. They gave me a referb

just call cs and tell them you've had xx amount of this phone and you don't want this model. they'll work with you because they gave lots of people another model. just be nice and sure of what you want when talking to 'em. and do it nicely!

I'm going to take that approach because they tried to give my another mogul today that was more defective than my current one. How can they take a refurb out of the box to give me and the keyboard and wifi didn't work at all?? So I just refused the refurb and the rep told me to call in. Going to do some T'ai Chi before the call.

Well, I just got my Mogul replaced, and they sent a NEW one. Yes, I know where to look, it is NEW
