Have you tried NueSPL-2.47... hope thats what u r looking for... I used this to unlock my mogul with an SD card

so heres the story... im trying to enable the internet sharing on a sprint wm 6.1. when i go to edit the reg and make changes it says access denied. So im trying to get around that. I read that sometimes carriers lock it so it cant be messed with..

idk anything about unlocking a fone...lol
but i want to unlock my mogul...the peeps that i brought it to took forever and i really need the fone...i wanna unlock it for mobi...so if someone can help me...please

the fone was unlocked for mobi already but they said that the code dont work or something like that...idk what the hell they were talking about...lol

i can't get putty to go to the terminal screen, and i don't see where to set it to com 9.
did they update putty to make it different?

UPDATED ROM's DESERVE THEIR OWN THREADS!
that way we dont' see old problems discussed uselessly at the beginning of
the roms thread. All the mods have to do is move the previous version
to a retired area. Is that too much to ask?

Yippee...finally after reading all day I have my MSL even tried sprint I could have it sooner if I would have thought that I was actually readting the right Hex Esn under the battery. Had a thought that maybe I was entering the wrong characters and lo and be hold I go to phone info and get the correct ESN input it into getspc on my 6700 and there you have it, save me $35. Thank you guys!

I have a phone that I need the MSL for (want to change it from Sprint to VZ) but don't know how to get the app in this thread to work. Can I send someone my ESN for translation into the proper MSL???

You can get a simple MSL generator here.

This program GETSPC.exe is very simple to use.
Run the GetSPC.exe on your phone and in the Input field
Type in your ESN (Hex) in the input field (you wrote this down earlier)
Press <go>
The number produced in the output field is your MSLNumber (EPST unlock code)
Exit the application
