Thanx for ur help. In the note document inside the zip file it says that all I need to do is put the HEX ESN code but when I open the program it ask for Input and Output what do I have to put there?

you have to put the hex esn on the input box, and then it will give you your spc

GetSPC does not work for Qwest brand Moguls. It might display something in the output but it is not the SPC or MSL (same thing) for Qwest. To get it you can follow this.

* Start your favorite pocket-pc terminal program (like pocketPutty - http://www.pocketputty.net/)
* Connect to com9 (Putty used default speed of 9600)
* type in AT+HTC_RMSL=0 and hit enter, your MSL will be displayed.
* Soft reset to restore phone functionality

Note:
PocketPutty DOES NOT have a local echo, so you will not see what you're typing. Just carefully type it in and your MSL will be the only number outputted.

lol that helped it worked awsome!!!!! you cant see what u put but when ur dont u press the round button on the fone n the msl will show

If I remember correctly you have to make sure if there are any zero's try them as capital "O".....try it a few different ways until it works.....I remember I had to try it a few different ways because it is hard to tell the difference....also try not capitalizing any letters.....I believe that is correct...I usually just call but I did use that program a long time ago when I first started flashing....

If your spc is al 0's, you can usually call your provider to do an over the air programming which is usually automated, for Cricket its *228. If your spc is not all 0's you'll have to manually update it. The only way I knew what prl to use was bc I saw what was on my phone before I starting cooking it. But here is some info.
You can go to http://corolada.com/prl/ and download most PRL's(evdo and roaming) for free no signup. You can go to http://www.rainyday.ca/~dialtone/ to find what prl you should use. It will also tell you your SID/PID if you don't know it.
Once you find the prl you need just dl it and transfer to sd, open epst, go to prl, press browse, look for it, apply settings and soft reset. And you should be good to go. Make sure you find the prl which supports what you have and want ie. EVDO Rev A & roaming if you have it. Hope this helps

Hi, i have unlock the HTC MOGUL AND THE TOUCH whit this program getspc,
you need to put it on the memory card, file explorer on it and run it. its going to ask for the HEX ESN ( ITS UNDER THE BATTERY) and click run and its going to give you the spc.

if you need to flash it to another carrier, put the prl of the carrier on the memory card also. search in the windows folder of your mobile "ESPT.EXE"
and press the edit button from there you have to change the prl, its on a tab call prl

and explore teh memory card for the prl of your choice.
