if you want some interesting wavs from about any movie, tv show, or cartoon just go to "moviewavs" (hopefully you can figure out where to go since I can't post it.)
they're already in the correct format and are free! Now mine says "Lucky" in napolean dynamite's voice when opened and then when I close it is says "Friggin' Idiot"

here is the sounds i use, plus the registry entry just know its for position 3, so if you have one there already then ignore the entry

import it using phm reg edit, you cant just double click it, its a direct export i didnt set it up as a script
