How to add your own slider sounds

anyone know how i can make this sounds a little bit lower?? the transform sound is very loud when opening and closing and i would like it to be a little bit lower, however if i change the volume for events it affects all other sounds on my phone, i am just looking to change the sliding volume. any suggestions???

check out a program called mp3gain

Here you go. Work is done for ya. I used a program called Wave Lab to do it by bringing down the audio level a few db's. WL is overkill for this type of application but i own it for my home studio.
