Maybe it needs to be taken in for repair?

next time it does it plug it into your pc see if it gets recognized download and run the exit boot loader command should solve your problem. sometimes after a successful flash the phone will boot fresh into the bootlader and not load the rom.

Connect phone to USB port, disable activesync and run the exe. If you need more info search for the other stuck in bootloader threads. There are already many tutorials out there for this process, but this is the only tool with the special Titan exit code.
