good signal everything is good it dont really matter wat company .. verizon att sprint tmobile . i have friends with all the major companies and i get them all late. |

huh....i've had this problem b4 but it wasn't with smart phones....sprint should be able to help you out...try callin tech support again. the first person you talked to was prob. clueless.

I have been going through this for months now and have emailed and called sprint. In NYC I should always have service no matter what. Their excuse is I am in a dead zone which is basically a lie. The techs have tried to help and it still happens. I just recently wrote them another email tonight regarding this stupid issue.

It happens every once in a blue moon for me. like one or two hours every 2 months and for that time in a day. not scattered throughout the 2 months.

How bad is reception there? It's possible you are in a dead zone. You could try getting a airwave or whatever it's called that amplifies cell signals at home.

We had a user with this issue and we thought he was just making excuses for not returning texts and calls. I never got a chance to trouble shoot because he got his PDA stolen. He hasn't had the issue with his replacement. I haven't had this issue.
