im sorry if i missed this part, but when you say moguls are indefinately backordered, does that mean refubs also? Personally, i'd take a refub mogul over a diamond just because of the storage limitations on the diamond. Memory cards are a must for me. keyboard, i could go either way.
And no wifi on the touch is also a big negative. |

Now this thread has me worried...
I was told the 7-10 days when I filed my claim with Assurion on Tuesday, but a phone was shipped out the same day. The phone, whatever it is, awaits me in Philadelphia (not in the US at the moment). I requested the Mogul... So I wonder if I somehow got the last Mogul or if they gave me an automatic change to the Diamond or Touch... |

sorry to say this gentlemen but i went to replace my mogul and she said it was on back order too. but she went in the computer and ordered me a touch pro and it came in in 2 days. try going into a sprint and complaining. worked for me.

i just posted this 2 days ago....
long story short.. Sprint paid 119.86 my monthly statement, due to the fact i raised hell cuz they wanted me to wait 7-10 days for a replacment mogul.. and even the the Touch Pro is on same back order, they threw me on the waiting list instead of the MOguls supposedly.. so 1 call... 119.86 credit, plus a Touch Pro is 7-10days....... i assure you, if no phone in 7-10days, itll get a diamond every 7-10days for all my other lines, and ill still wait...they can keep paying my bills too... i have 3 lines maxed out,eligible for 5, have unlimited credit cap43% in discounts, been with sprint 8 yrs, never missed a payment... i ***** they listen lol |

well here's some new B.S. now Sprint Is threatening to cancel my Acct. and this after I spoke with an escalation person who was the rudest person iv ever delt with at sprint. I called back and was asked is If I was ready to "cancel my service" they were even ready to let me out without paying the $200 per line cancelation fee!!... aint that some S**T......
