Updated: 02/05 - NO LONGER WORKING on Sprint - Real Picture Mail (PicMail, MMS)

pic message works fine on alltel
we send and rcv without having to go to any web sites now.. Alltel was having an issue but fixed it

Mine has not worked since day 1..
40+ hours on tech support, conference call with MMS provider, still can't send and receive pictures..
What did they do to fix yours?
