You don't. As it says on the title, this hack does not work anymore. Try this if you want to send images...

If you mean how you receive MMS on your phone, you will get a text message with a link to a mobile site where you can see the picture.

I don't think it's a matter of the developers giving up. I don't have much knowledge on how all this works, however, if Sprint blocked the way the hack communicates with the server, there really isn't much left to do

Too bad, I have been with Sprint since 1997, and even though I have a pretty sweet deal I'm tired of all the BS.
