Can you post the version of Arcsoft that was installed on your Mogul that you got from sprint.

Maybe someone here with more knowledge can talk you through extracting that from your phone as I am sure a copy of Arcsoft provided by Sprint and works with video too would be of interest

i agree...if anyone with a recent version of the mogul with built in arcsoft mms, please post the version and hopefully someone can help you extract the files to post.

This is our best bet of a truly working MMS app.

Are you saying some Moguls have the picture mail application on factory installed??

After I install the app, and make the reg change im not able to change the server name...And yes I do the soft resets as indicated in the instructions.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, I installed this app and love it so far. But is there a way to change the title from just the MMS to something else? I tried changing reg values under Name, but wouldnt take. Also, to change the types of messages from PIX and FLIX to somehting like Picture or Video mail? Makes me feel like I'm using Verizon instead of sprint.

i also installed the cab and no one receives the picture mail. i also sent one to my other sprint number and i get nothing. it says message sending, says its in the sent folder but i do not get the confirmation like on the ppc6700 that says the message has been sent. what do i do from here?

According to Janos112 from the above post it may be true, but I wish more people would confirm this if they have recently got a mogul.

I got my mogul a few weeks ago and it didnt have a picture mail app...although i was able to get the one from verizon to work with my mogul

After I install the MMS cab when i press the key to enter mail, its just sits there for a few seconds before changing screens. When i uninstall MMS its almost immediate. Has any one else experienced this delay and is there a way to speed things up.

What one from verizon are you referring to.

I meant the MMS app...i was having problems changing the server name, but i figured it out and have it working now. Although I have also experienced a delay in getting into text messaging, and my mail after installing the MMS app
