Updated: 02/05 - NO LONGER WORKING on Sprint - Real Picture Mail (PicMail, MMS)

I can't get this app to work anymore. I tried all the settings, everything is good. I can send videos and pictures, but I can't receive either. The pictures come out as small black and white thumbnails that are really small and the videos, I download to my phone, and then they give me an error message when i try to play them. I've tried multiple iterations of the Arcsoft MMS application for WM devices, but no avail.

Picture Mail worked fine on my HTC Mogul (Sprint) way back in the beginning, but hasn't since. I have the newest ROM if that helps.

So I've got it installed, and get the "error synchronizing" when I try to send/receive. I know for a fact someone sent me a picture. Is there something I'm missing that is obvious?

I just installed the easy .cab version. I have the latest ROM and I installed the Threaded SMS program first. Everytime I try and send a picture I get this message:

"Message Delivery Failed. Or Message Reciept Failed."

I guess I'm in the same boat as everyone else?

I'm receiving the same error message. I'm also on the latest ROM. Any help?

No, I don't know how to fix it... but I know your problem since that's what is happening to me too.

I've tried taking a picture and sending it via pixmail to myself, my friend, other people... all they get is a little black and white horrible thumbnail.

Does anyone have a fix for this? I am able to send messages... i mean, it connects and gets through to the other phone, but the picture is garbage.

Anyone else have any issues with Windows Live Messenger after they install this program? I noticed that every time I logged onto Live Messenger none of my contacts would appear online even though they were online. So I did a hard reset, then Live Messenger worked fine. Then the first program I re-installed was this one. I then tried to use Messenger and bam none of them appeared online again. So I did a hard reset again and everything is fine again. Any ideas why this is happening?

i had the same problem wit msn but i didnt know they where connected

but the problem i posted b4 i dont think it has any thing to do wit this app because i uninstalled it and i receive pics from att but no 1 else and thats how its been even wit the app install

can any one tell me why i cant recive pics from Tmobile or verizon
