What battery bar are you using? I've used Batti but cannot get that clear of a bevel on every notch. I also tried the VistaHide one, but don't think you can customize that one anyway.

I'm just using the one that came with my phone. I think it's somewhere in the windows mobile settings to display the battery level on the top bar. I'm running windows mobile 6.
