Quick Recommendation please!

Hey guys...

Needed a quick recommendation on a good rom. I'm actually a Touch Pro user but i'm giving my friend my old Mogul. I see there aren't that many in there. I'm leaning towards just using PPCKitchen

She needs it in a couple of hours before she leaves town. So could you guys recommend something.

She doesn't need anything really loaded. She'll be out of town for a while so i need something really stable with decent speed.
