Its not much im still new to this whole thing anyone know how i can fix my pic to take up the whole screen instead of tile??

You need to have a image that is 240x320.

Try using MS Paint or something on your desktop. There are some picture editing apps out there, but I'm not familiar with them.

Hey James I downladed a program called fsresizer and got the pic to 240x320 put it took away from the quality of the pic, am i doing something wrong? or is there another location i can just get pics in that size?? Greatly appreciated

try infranview its what i use and you can sharpen the image and all if i gets a lil blurry. wouldnt live withoutt the applications since i make themes.
