phoneAlarm is at the top using the "noPlugin (the anti-Skin)" skin by macguffin.
the app inside of the UL tab is BatteryStatus.
i'm also using WisBar Adv. 3 to get the pseudo "transparent" task bars.

What program are you using? I like your setup.

I think to get rid of the icons at the bottom just go to the today screen and uncheck the HTC Plugin. I believe thats what mine looked like.

I am currently just using the HTC Home program and I customized it using HHC. I just got my phone 2 weeks ago and would love some program suggestions. I am not looking to do any custom ROMs since I am not very computer savvy, but any suggestions would be awesome!
