The icons are part of the HTC Plug-ins, so what ever icon set you have won't be affected.

kaos, what is the program for getting the program menu to pop out like you have? Id rather not have to click "programs" and have another page open....but rather just select the program i wish to work in.

Here is mine. The top part is ultimate launch, and the bottom is cLaunch, configured to look just like the prada plugin. (I hate the real prada plugin, it is too buggy and a lot of the shortcuts don't work inside the app it opens)

I included the files as well, that will let you make cLaunch look like the LG prada plugin

48x48 or 32x32 .ico files. Great tool I found called IcoFX for free online, it lets you take png files from deviant art and make ico files out of them sooo easily. There are tons of great icons available for docks on deviant art and using them as icos in ultimate launch makes them look great.

So after reading just about 70% of the stuff on this site in the last 3 days. Here is my attempt to customize my Mogul. Lemme know what cha think.

One thing i couldn't seam to find out for myself.......
Is there a way to skin the Audio Manager Today Plug-In.... or are there skins availible for download. If not are there any other plug-ins that have the same function with more customization?
