H1 I have a question for you... did you take your screenshots connected through AS? I just ask because I have not gotten my Comm Manager AS icon to light up, but I have not connected my device to AS yet either.
I am not sure what makes active sync light up, might be communication btwn exchange server. Sorry bout the slow responses...

@wow: Thanks Wow!!!

@Shady3089: Download the .ZIP file attached and extract the .TSK file inside. Then place it anywhere in your device (I created a \My Documents\Themes folder) and go to Start - Settings - Today, the theme (Htc_default) should now be displayed there and you can select it.

Hope this helps...

@H1: I found out that indeed that icon turn on when an AS connection with a PC is on. Also, I have not experienced any app crashes. Having such a big plugin is bound to slow the device a little... but nothing unbearable to me.

That is a problem with the default WeatherPanel fonts. Search "weatherpanel font" and you'll see how to fix that.

Here you go. You'll find the 8-button Comm mgr on 4th post down. There are a few others here also. Enjoy
