Mogul Auto-Mute...DO NOT WANT!!! HLP PLS!

Ok, I just saw it happen. My phone was docked (I bought a dock...) and @ the lock screen (locked with pin). A reminder popped up but made no sound. The sound icon was on. (WTF?!) I reached over to inspect and the instant i punched in the code and hit unlock the volume icon went to mute (speaker + x). I don't know if it muted when I unlocked, or if it was just a delayed reaction. I REALLY still don't know why it went mute in the first place! I did forget to mention that I'm running MS Voice Command (instead of Voice Speed Dial). My headset was disconnected at the time as it shuts off when charging, and it's on it's little charge dock thingie right now too....
