i dont understand why people even got the touch pro i wanted it badly but when i relized how much i would be spending for not much of a difference in the phone i just decided to wait another year when 6.5 or 7 comes out and something actually worth upgrading to. Dont get me wrong the touch pro is a awsome phone and lots of awsome features but still kinda not much of a differ to the mogul.

Hey guys, i dont post here much but i just got off the phone with my bro who woks for sprint. I read a post somewhere saying there was a lemon law...meaning if you have to swap out three phones they will automaticly upgrade you to another model. He says this is true if you have to swap out 3 phones WITHIN 90 DAYS. Just thought i would post this tidbit!

law student here.. the lemon laws which you refer to vary from state to state, its not national law that would make it federal.. mind you sprint is in what kansas or some dumb crap, so your own state laws don't really apply..

lemon laws are traditionally only used in disputes over cars.. they usually read in the language that the cost of repair, exceeds the price the consumer paid...

and actually what are you gonna do, take your carrier to court? the cost of a class action suit will far exceed any reward by 10s of thousands of dollars if not millions..

your carrier may have given you refurbs for your exchanges, they don't have to upgrade you to a new model.. they may, but at best id expect a brand new titan instead of a refurb

thats true.dont know bout lemon law, but took my 6700 for repair when i wanted the 6800 and my buddy repair tech sent it back 2 times because of band damage. then he suggested to sprint to upgrade me for the inconvenience and troubles..im getting ready to try the same for the tp..thanks folks
