Well, Im finally home, so this coming payday I will be driving 45 mins to my nearest Sprint Corporate store to see what I can do. The encouraging thing is that the mogul is not being listed on sprints website, so I should be able to get a TP.

LOL, I doubt it. People are still getting replacement Apaches (6700's)

Just came from a store in the olympia,wa area... Only thing they could do was order a refurbished mogul... When I *****ed about getting a used POS and inheriting someone else' problems, I was fed a line about how 'refurbished are better than new because they test them better'....

I'm just creating a paper trail so they'll give me the TP..I'm also out of contract
