It's never been on the specs, so even though I cannot be 100% sure, I can say confidently that no, they will not.

Probably not. I've only seen video calling capability on GSM handsets at this point, and since I already have a telus version of the phone, and it doesn't have the second camera, chances are that they won't be modifying the hardware at all between now and the U.S. releases.

Bad news Guys,

Talked to Sprint Store Manager today said the 6800 has been delayed until OCT.

Good news is they delayed it so they can release it with Microsoft Mobile 7.0. That is correct he said that Sprint will be the first to release a phone w/ MS 7.0. He also said sprint didn't want to come out w/ MS 6.0 on it if their was a new version of MSM in 6 months. That why they could save their clients the time of having to do an update. I asked if him is he new what was special about MSM 7.0, said it was top secrect.

I had to turn my 6700 in for a 700wx, I couldn't go w/ out my phone until OCT.

Ahahaha! Sprint to release the Titan with WM7 in October!
WM6 was just officially released a couple of months ago. I'm sure WM7 isn't even going to be released this year, let alone Sprint having a "deal" with MS to work with WM7 now and put it on a phone that was initially designed to have WM5. Funny stuff. But hey, I'd love to be wrong!

Edit: Sorry, not poking fun at you gonzo84. If that is what the Sprint guy said, then I'm laughing at him for providing "false intel". BTW, welcome to PPCGeeks!

Is WM7 really coming that soon? And if it is, we all know Sprint well enough to know that they have a 1 year testing process with a new OS, so I can't see them releasing the 6800 with WM7 in Oct, unless they've already had the code for WM7 for 6 months. I doubt they have, and likewise wouldn't hold my breath for WM7 on this thing. Especially since this means they'd have ZERO PDA's with WM6. Doesn't make sense to skip an entire OS generation from a retail standpoint.

That's one thing I hate about the internet is you can't "hear" the tone. It should be standard practice to put a eye roll, wink, or chuckle at the end so it doesn't seem so serious if it was sarcasm (can't tell by the poster's past posts).

Hey,

I was just passing the info I was given. Did I look like at him like he was crazy of course . Now dropping a New OS that sounds like something MS would do. There is no big difference between WMS6.0 and 5.0.

I did see the 755p in the store and it was nice but I'm a Windows man so.

For as jumping to WSM7.0 he said they are delaying so there would not be a need to update.

Thanks for the welcome
