Broken mogul constant red light

months back i had similar problem where my xv6800 would run slow and it wouldn't load up any web pages. It seemed that I had installed an adobe flash player on my device. I removed it from my device, and it bagan to work perfectly fine.

Maybe you guys have an answer for this one. today.. for no apparent reason whatsoever, the red LED turned on on my phone and wont shut off. The phone is working, reboots, everything like that. Charges.

The only problem I have had recently with it, is that is seems like its running slow, and occaisionally the touch screen acts like its not sensing me touching it. Ive been replaced once before, if it goes out again on me, Im going to demand a TP for replacement.

Anyway, any ideas?
