Which adapter is that? Now I'm confused. Are you sayinng that you can't plug a normal miniUSB cable into the port on the bottom of your P4000?

Please confirm.

Can you use existing 6700 batteries with the 6800?

Do you notice any problems with the storage card being on the bottom rather than the top?

Thanks for any and all replies.

6700 battery is different. It uses the same battery as the Trinity, aka the P3600.

i have no problem with the card on bottom.

You do NOT need an adpter to use a normal USB cable. After a week of use, the cable for mine is still in the box. I have used sevral mini USB cables, that I have had laying around for ages.

Hey Guys,

Nice finds soo far. Though besides looks, is it pretty much agreed that there is little difference in this product with it's current configuration?

By the way, for those asking about the USB and the like, here is the accessories and it clearly states that it is still the same connector and that they only reason that you'd need the adaptor is for use of headphones..

Hope this helps.

Andrew,

Thanks Paragon and Andrew for confirming what I thought.

Rawr give it a try! I know the connector looks a bit different but a regular USB cable should fit just fine. The adapter you're talking about is for if you need to use a headset and a power/sync cable simultaneously.

hmm, it does work. good to know. It feels a bit loose though, but it does indeed fit and charge.
