Re: mogul broken
First off, you posted in the wrong forum. Secondly, your phone is not broken, it's stuck in the bootloader screen. Hit the soft reset button and if that doesn't work, try holding both softkeys at the same time and holding the reset button all at once. That hard resets the phone, but make sure you backed up your PIM before this. Last resort would be to flash to an official ROM.
Now... moved to Titan forum.

Re: mogul broken
the soft keys are the two buttons on the mogul with the two dots. Above the phone buttons.
But before that. Check out this thread...GaMedic posted the exit bootloader program and it worked for that guy. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...xit+bootloader But like it says in the thread it would be a good idea to reflash a new rom. Pretty much use the exit bootloader to get back to your phone and save anything you need to. Like pics, contacts, etc. Then flash the new sprint rom. |

Re: mogul broken
OK, let's try this again. Hold down the two Soft Keys. They are the two keys, above the Call Send and Call End keys. While holding these down (I do this with the two fingers of one hand), use the stylus to depress the Reset button (a small hole located right next to your memory card slot (beside where you plug the phone into the charger).
Got that? As noted earlier, you will lose all data on the phone by doing this, so you want to be sure that you've got everything backed up. You do not have to worry about data on a memory card; it will not be affected. |
