OK, let's try this again. Hold down the two Soft Keys. They are the two keys, above the Call Send and Call End keys. While holding these down (I do this with the two fingers of one hand), use the stylus to depress the Reset button (a small hole located right next to your memory card slot (beside where you plug the phone into the charger).

As noted earlier, you will lose all data on the phone by doing this, so you want to be sure that you've got everything backed up.

You do not have to worry about data on a memory card; it will not be affected.
