I've actually had this same thing happen to me! It's only recently though and I haven't made any changes to my device. I think this happens mainly when ActiveSync is running. I find that disabling ActiveSync helps somewhat.

Another issue that's also been popping up (may be completely unrelated) is my device is telling me there's a problem with device.exe. Suggestions anyone?
