I've got this issue myself, as does my friend that also has a mogul. I'm running the most current ROM w/ 6.1 and all that. Meanwhile my friend is running the ROM previous to that. If it is an issue that was introduced through a ROM update it would most likely be the one previous. I also first had the problem with the previous ROM and hoped that it would be fixed with the new one, and it wasn't. I'm just hoping I can use that to possibly allow them to let me shift to a Touch Pro for less than I would normally.

Edit: Tested the vx6800 fix on my Mogul, and it failed to fix the issue, if anyone was curious.
