Re: what is the best screen keyboard for the mogul?

I've never had heard of a hard "keyboard" dying, maybe that's what started on my, certain keys wouldn't work unless I pressed pretty hard;

I want a full screen keyboard due to my drunk gf bending the phone in a way that now it's a pain to slide open, and requires a delicate touch; something you don't have while driving or in a quick texting situation.

+1 for Spb Keyboard (wish it was free).
Trying Resco now.
PCM is crap, I hate it.

Re: what is the best screen keyboard for the mogul?

I just switched to SPB Keyboard. I like it! PCM was awful! SPB is so worth it! I will try Resco as well...

Re: what is the best screen keyboard for the mogul?

The app that makes your keyboard choice stick even after soft resets is called SIP Change. It is freeware and I use it.

I happen to like Pocket CM Keyboard. It is fully skinable and you can turn off the annoying auto-complete feature. The keyboard is about Iphone size and includes the deal where the key you are pressing shows up in a bubble so you can see it past your thumb or finger. Also include the iphone MO where the key is activated not when you press but when you release.

In any event, it will never replace my Hard KB, but it is nice when you don't want to flip out the KB and go landscape and is even nice when using the stylus.

Re: what is the best screen keyboard for the mogul?

The software to make it stick after soft reset is called AC IMSelector. Although SPB keyboard has that feature built in. Every once in awhile AC Selector won't work...

Re: what is the best screen keyboard for the mogul?

I use PCM Keyboard 0.19 (beta, available here: http://www.pocketcm.com/keyboard2.php) and nueSliding Keyboard (available here: http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/page/nueSlidingKB.aspx) to keep it as the default through a reset.

Resco Keyboard works okay. I use SPB Full Screen Keyboard. It is big enough to use your fingers. I think it is awesome. You can search it on google.
