Re: help! mogul frozed

looks like I too am going to have to do a hard reset, my mogul has been slowing down severely for the past few hours all of a sudden, and I haven't even been doing much with it. I hit the call button, and it takes forever to respond now, if at all. But before I do, does anyone know of any free software that may help clean it up or anything? All I got is cleartemp.

It also cannot be detected by mobile device center on my vista laptop.

Memmaid...

and as far as the mobile device center, make sure you have Enable advanced network functionality UNchecked in Connections USB to PC.

Thanks for the memmaid recommendation. I don't see this "Enable advanced network functionality" thing anywhere, in mobile device center, right? Couldn't find it...

Re: help! mogul frozed

Nope, on your PPC, go to Settings>Connections>USB to PC. There is a box that you need to make sure is UNchecked there. It's the only thing there, you can't miss it.
