help! mogul frozed
 

hey.. any one who knows how to work on moguls . i just installed the update on my mogul . and it was workin perfect . then i installed a htc home cab. but didnt liked it . then i un installed so it asked me i had to restart . i press okay so now when i start up my phone it freeze up right when it starts .
any help

i tryed updating it again but since its froozed the update cant read the phone

i keep soft reseting it . and sitll freeze up wen i turn on ..

any help!!

aint soft rest the same as hard reset.. cuase i put the stylus on the lil hole many times to see if its help but nothing :(

Hard reset...

1) Hold BOTH soft keys "the ones with the dots on 'em"
2) Poke your stylus into the little hole while you're holding those soft keys down.
3) When prompted open your keyboard and press the "R" key.

And now you're back!

Nah, fo' sho if soft reset be da equal to da herd reset, den dey wouldn't be soft 'n herd, nah wud dey, y'hyah?

speak english! a hard reset wipes ur phone clear of all data. a soft reset restarts the phone like off then on
