Of course, all the "little annoyances" of the phone completely pale in the face of how cr@ppy Sprints service is. I know, I had Sprint service for over a year & it was completely free to me. I finally dumped it to switch to Verizon that I have to pay for out of my pocket & the difference is absolutely night & day.......

I could still have totally free to me Sprint service, but I wouldn't switch back on a bet......

When I had Verizon it absolutely sucked. I've used all of the big four and Sprint has been the best for me in coverage and service.

Back on topic, my Mogul doesn't do everything, but it reminds me what I need to do, where to go, how to get there, what the weather is, gives me all the news I need, etc. I can look up info on anyone or anything. It's nice having access to the world in my pocket.

I can't wait till the tpro gets released.

The TPro will have all of the same issues and then some. I might have to return the Diamond and wait this cycle out to see what I get when the dust settles.
