does anyone know how to update the rom on a Ntelos mogul? I went onto Htc america and tried sprint and kept getting an error message. Help if you can.

is n telos a carrier? sounds like u need to unlock ur phone and use a custom rom.

did you let the customizations run when the upgrade was almost complete? because if you did, that's not good. You should of soft reset your phone when you saw the countdown befor the customizations ran.

I don't know...try to reinstall to rom again. not sure if that is going to work though

Sprint ROM should work, but will have to be programmed again, their data provisioning information is different.

I recently helped a friend get his phone working, the proper method:

Run spbBackup and do a full backup
Retrieve the MSL code using any of the methods that are working for PPC6800
Enter the ## codes and write down EVERYTHING.
Extract the ROM for backup if possible
Flash the new Sprint Rom
Enter all the information you wrote down.

Not sure how to fix if you haven't followed this procedure, possibly one of their tech guys can re-provision the phone for you.

Did you ever get it to work? I am about to try mind. Ill let you know if I brick it or not.
