xv6800 Volume Increase

"You also know you can edit your registry to up the max voume..."

This was in an earlier thread, but did not receive the instructions. Can anyone post steps on how to do this? I assume/hope that the volume in question is for the earpiece volume. I've never tried anything like this, so be kind. I have the Verizon xv6800.

Thanks in advance...

Re: xv6800 Volume Increase

You can use nueAudio to modify your AudioPara.csv file. This adjusts the Min/Max and the steps in the volume. Simply install soft reset, then go to Start->Settings->Personal->nueAudio. From there tap on the Settings tab and modify the levels then save your profile and then select it on the main page. You will have to soft reset.

Re: xv6800 Volume Increase

Has anyone been able to get this to work with the Verizon? I've tried both versions, and neither seems to do anything. Even did hard reset and installed this first. No effect that I can see.
