You can use
nueAudio to modify your AudioPara.csv file. This adjusts the Min/Max and the steps in the volume. Simply install soft reset, then go to
Start->Settings->Personal->nueAudio. From there tap on the Settings tab and modify the levels then save your profile and then select it on the main page. You will have to soft reset.
