Ok try this.....first off delete all existing partnerships in the phone....tell me if it works...if it doesn't let me know and we wil proceed to another fix...

Ok try this......run the PIM backup in here to backup all of your contacts and whatever else you choose.....then perform a hard reset....it should work....if it does not I will have to say you have a hardware issue...let me know...

That is the exact message I got when I flashed my phone but forgot to hard reset. Get PIM backup to back up your calender, contacts and text ,if you want to. Save the backup to your storage card. Then hard reset you phone. Delete partnerships in Active sync. Put the backup back on, then sync with your PC. That is the fix I used just last night and it worked perfect.
Edit: Oh well flyers beat me to it. That is my suggestion as well. Gues I need to take a typing class to beat flyers.

To everyone on the PIM I agree that it is excellent back up (I use it as a safeguard)...but that really does not fix his issue....it is nice to be able to sync via AS when it comes to updating things, which it sounds like the OP wants..(I use it all the time to update things quickly).....just an FYI.....
