Re: Minutes used for Data even with plan
His carrier is Verizon as his info says, Sprint doesn't do that ,using minutes for data is ridiculous. Call, cancel and come to Sprint but do not expect perfect billing or fancy Customer Sce,that doesn't exist anywhere......instead have some patience with all

Re: Minutes used for Data even with plan
Ok, here's the story (had nothing to do with Sprint, Opus). When I first had this phone I used it for about a week. Then I noticed stuck pixels (30+ of them) so I went to the store and swapped it. Apparently during that first week with the first Titan I had was counted by Verizon as being data used on a non-data phone because it wasn't the same S/N of a Titan as the second one I had. Kinda confusing, I know, but that's what happened. They're crediting me the amount charged for the mixup, so no worries.

Re: Minutes used for Data even with plan
Alltel has great customer service but it will end up becoming Verizon probably anyway.
