how to get a new mogul

I just received a new phone through Sprint free of charge after taking it in to the actual store (not a repair center) because my USB port was shot. They had a mogul in stock, so I was able to get one then and there, no questions asked. In and out in 30 min. Also, you could complain to Asurion that there replacement sucks. They'll probably send another refurb though, unless you complain enough...
