Whoever said it is "me"..... I can take a pic and show you 4 brand new boxes I have received in the last 6 months....and I can also show all the accessories I sold on E-bay for my 6700 back when I had that (accesories I didnt need because I acquired them with the new phones).....I know what I am doing and have no reason to lie.....believe it or don't. either way I will keep doing it my way....

I always get a new phone as well. I take it to the repair store. Just took this first Mogul a few days ago. I wore the thumbwheel out, and the styli won't stay in. New one is on order. I was hoping they would trade it in store for a Touch, but no such luck. As long as I take it to the store, I get a new one. If I call it in to CS, I usually get a refurb. So now I always take it to the store. I have never paid the 50 bucks, either.
