Do you see the word in yellow?

You still pay the $50 deductible for loss....some are trying to avoid that...

Ive gotten 3 half broken refurbed phones from the sprint repair store over the last 2 months!! i would love to know how to get a new one so i can stop dealing with this!! PM the instructions please!! thanks in advance

This Is What You Do.

Assure That You Have Insurance On Your Phone.
(ONCE U Get A New Phone Remove The Insurance Add On Off Your Account)
2nd If You Break Your Phone For Exp. (cracked Screen, Your Phone Is In 2 Pieces)
You Will Have To Pay A 55.00 Deductible... MONEY UPFRONT If U Call.. Service Center Will Bill It To Your Account..
3rd Take Your Phone To A Walk In "repair" Center Even Tho They Only Repair Nextel Phones, They Have No Choice But To Swap Your Phone For A Refurbished One. Yes Refurbished.. I Bought A Instinct Last Month Asked For A Replacement And Still Got A Refurbished One And Its Only Been 2 Weeks Since Release Date..

Excuses For A Replacement?

-phone Randomly Shuts Off...
-sometimes People Cant Hear Me..
-i Got To Wiggle The Charger Port A Few Times To Get It To Charge Sometimes
-if My Phones On Standby Once In A While The Screen Doesnt Cut Back On.

Your Insurance Is Covered By Assurion And They Only
Carry Refurbished Units.
Sprint Direct Does Not Have Anything To Do With Your
Insurance Commitment.

Whoever said it is "me"..... I can take a pic and show you 4 brand new boxes I have received in the last 6 months....and I can also show all the accessories I sold on E-bay for my 6700 back when I had that (accesories I didnt need because I acquired them with the new phones).....I know what I am doing and have no reason to lie.....believe it or don't. either way I will keep doing it my way....:headbang:

Not entirely true. A few months ago when I had my Motorola Q, it had a whole list of problems. I reported it lost and they sent me another (refurb) in a couple business days.

When I tried activating it, the Sprint rep told me the ESN was already in use. The next step was to call up Asurion and tell them that they sent me an unusable phone. The Asurion rep then told me he will be sending me the Moto Q Kit, which is brand new in box with all the accessories.

But regardless, they usually DO send you refurbished phones unless you run into a problem like mine.

Anyways, since everyone else asked, I'm wondering myself. What's your secret? I'd love to know. :D
