Its one of the ROMs biggest bugs, no more frozen screens of hell.
How do you disable the stock Task Manager... and what's you manager of choice?

When in a threaded message the task bar covers up 80% of my typing area! Even after closing the phone and sliding it back open. Does it regardless or landscape or portrait mode too, and does it after a hard reset. I can't see what I'm typing and thats frickin annoying. Anyone else sharing this issue?

P.S. Bat life went quick today but I was browsing and IMing and that eats it right up so I wasn't surprised.
Yeah, this problem is listed earlier in this thread. I have the same issue. Someone here said to open and close the onscreen keyboard. But, that still sucks to have to do that each time you want to text. The HTC task manager is not the stock manager. The stock is WinMo. So, unless you went out and manually installed the HTC manager, you don't have what he is talking about.

Start>Settings>System>Task Manager:

Button tab, uncheck the top & the bottom selections; Done.

The attached files will allow you to tweak your battery:
*The obvious one, does so automatically along with some glyph cache tweaking.
*The Advanced Config app will let you be alittle more hands on & it includes other irrelevant tweaks as well.

NOTE!!!: *RENAME .zip to .cab in order for files to work!!
For some reason I couldn't upload them as .cabs...

***I didn't create the tweaks FYI

Re: Does the new rom blow or what

I just downloaded Sprintv, and installed on the SD card. I get an application error (7), when I select Sprintv. It worked fine when I was running this same ROM leaked from DCD. What gives?

This isn't doing it for me, it did maybe once yesterday... but its like this technique slowly died off like an endangered species. Do we have a more permanent solution.... Anyone? I'm a mega texter and this sucks.
