Re: 4GB SD IS WRITE PROTECTED,what??
Indeed, matter of fact the SD is chilling in the adapter right now and plugged into my vista laptop. Good thing all my progs and info are backed up in another 1GB CARD. This doesn't seem like it is a new prob. I am searching.....thanks. If you find anything let me know.

And you've made sure that the little slider that says "lock" on the side of the adapter is not in the locked direction?

Hah, ok.
It seems I've underestimated you. Have you used a program for your PPC called CNetX Flash Format? |

Re: 4GB SD IS WRITE PROTECTED,what??
I will give that a shot, however I am skeptical since I used SD Formatter V2.0 to no avail. Gotta get that protection out of there somehow. Can't format or anything if the protection is on.

Ryan:
I tried the HDD Wipe but the same happened.it executes and all is good but the data is still in the SD card. Anyone with any suggestion, please don't hesitate. If I come across a solution I will certainly share. I read on here that this happened continuously on an HTC ppc ,not sure one of those Prophet or something....due to users turning the unit off and on and HTC suggested to avoid that,oh well. I dunno. |
