I have a similar problem, 1xRTT and no EVDO, small local carrier. I'm running dcd 4.1.2 and 3.42.50 on the radio. I also have a test phone (stock ROM) that has no problems. I've gone all through the phone's PST settings, and set everything as suggested. I have no internet option under settings-phone-services. I know the EVDO is failing authentication in our AAA servers (I work for my provider.) My phone has the security option under EPST after flashing, but our stock phones don't, so I can't just copy the info from a working phone. I understand what's wrong, I just can't figure out the correct settings. Any ideas?

Slight update...d/l'd and installed IOTA.cab, now have internet option in phone-services, and security disappeared from EPST. Oh, and I still have no EVDO.
