Extended battery

So im looking to get an extended battery for the mogul, in my past experience with ppc 6700 i had used a seidio extended battery, and it made my phone like a monster in my pocket, the extended battery was to big to keep on it so i reverted to an extended oem battery. Has anyone here have any experiences with an extended oem battery (higher capacity) as far as use time before charging and the extended battery with cover replacement, how much thicker does it make the mogul, and are there any better battery manufactors other then seidio?
