Jawbone 2

WOW...all i gotta say!!! So for all the bluetooth complaint threads ive checked and all the hastle ive gone through trying diff. sets myself ( Samsung WEP200, Samsung WEP420, Blueant Z9, Moto-almost all of em, etc.) ive fallen in love with my new Jawbone 2. Great fit ( way better than 1stGen Jawbone ) No static, Super loud on both my ear and theirs, Driving a mustang gt with SLP Loud Mouth 1 exhaust windows down around 85mph on the freeway with my radio on and my girlfriend could hear me almost perfectly and i could hear her word for word!! Its almost unreal. If you want a Bluetooth headset for your Mogul buy one!! And its bluetooth 2.0 ready for one the touch pro rolls out.

Plantronics Voyager 815 is great too, and not as expensive. Check it out sometime.

Re: Jawbone 2

Wait so the Jawbone 2 performs well in windy environments? That's where my JB1 failed miserably.

Re: Jawbone 2

Thats why i stopped using the Jawbone 1 also...the wind really beat it up and it never really sat right in my ear. Almost all is solved with the second gen. People really do say it sounds better then using the phone itself when im driving.

Re: Jawbone 2

Ive been using my Jawbone 2 for a bit. It's still comes with the lame earpice so I had to use Jabra eargels again. Not too sure about the sound quality for other folks as well. Been getting complaints of people being unable to hear me.

If i take the earloop off sometimes that little nub doesnt hit my face all the way. This is the only time people say they cant hear me. (your mic wont work if the little nub dosent feel a solid vibration).

Yeah, i've been using it. I think the new Jawbone may just be too small for it's own good.

Jawbone 2 Issue

I got a Jawbone 2 and had problems with low volume even when I set it to max while in a call. I paired it with other phones and same thing. I paired a Jawbone 1 with my Mogul and it sounded great. Jawbone sent me a replacement. Volume is great but it sounds distorted and staticky. I paired it with my wife's Moto and it sounded the same. I've reset/re-paired the Jawbone 2 and soft reset my Mogul with no success. Should I just give up or try a 3rd Jawbone 2? I've read many posts that they don't have issues with their Jawbone 2. Any ideas is greatly appreciated. BTW I have the Rev A firmware in my Mogul.
