Re: Bell 6800(Titan) + Audiovox ESN = No Data
authentication is done for Ev based on the ESN number of your "registered," as in the one with the data plan, EvDO phone. is the ESN one that currently has a data plan on it with EvDO hardware? is it cloned?

Re: Bell 6800(Titan) + Audiovox ESN = No Data
The audiovox that I used the esn from is not an evdo device. It is 1x compatible though. The esn has a full data plan on it though

Re: Bell 6800(Titan) + Audiovox ESN = No Data
what do you think my chances are of calling up bell and telling them that the 1X on the audiovox isnt working cause I put custom software on it that reset the values for authentication and I cant hard-reset?
Would CS be able to give me the info I need? |

Re: Bell 6800(Titan) + Audiovox ESN = No Data
well why cant you hard-reset???, lose setup or what. Always when calling customer services do NOT hint or say your running custom roms/cloned ESNs or what ever... just say "when i was updating my phone it must have wiped the activation information, how do i get it back?"

Re: Bell 6800(Titan) + Audiovox ESN = No Data
the programing in formation *correct me if im wrong* is stored with the radio, flashing roms, hard-resets, and all other things *should not* destroy the msl information. try dialing ##778 send or ##778# and write down the information from there. This is also where you make some activation changes, other have to be preformed on a computer using the diagnostic tools.

I had this problem too with sprint and what you have to do is get your username, secret password and put those in yourself. I think it was under one of the ##778# options
