Re: Request: Verizon Agps help getting server ip
There is already a thread about a-GPS here some place. Its kinda old so it might be hard to find. To sum it up This is the reg edit they came up with....
A-GPS reg edit HKLM/Software/HTC/SUPLAGPS/ GPSMode --> Change to 4 (orginal value 2) Im sure it has VZ info also. Some say it helps some say it don't do anything choice is yours. On my phone I can say it has made a difference with some applications. Ex:Vito Find Me GPS. I probably do it out of habit at this point.

so that 4 from 2, might do something, but more likely case, is it doesnt. we need to know what ip adress vznav contacts when it uses agps since thats the only gps enabled verizon program, and they dont ahve any straight up gps enabled phones. |
