I never install the Sprint customizations and have Data working without issue. If you want the IOTA cab for the Titan, let me know and I can post it for you.

see when i first activated my phone the sprint rep did a soft reset of my phone before he programed it. My data did not work until i hard-reset and install all the customizations.. maybe its only needed for the first time?
