Active sync randomly starts on the HTC 6800

well heres what i did. use WinZip on your PPC, and open the exe. in the upper right, select notifications in the drop down box. scroll towards the bottom and youll see a few .exe's all named repllog.exe. scroll to the right and look for the argument that says AppRunAfterTimeChange. disable that repllog, and now ActiveSync will not run on reset or time change.
